WE ARE HAVING a BOUNCING BABY BOY! and we couldn't be happier! had our second ultra sound on the 15th and it is pretty apparent that we are having a baby boy. Brian did an arm pump and a daddy happy dance when the announcement was made. We would have been happy either way but considering the fact that Brian is going to be doing a LARGE portion of the parenting while I am in nursing school I think that it is pretty great that he will have a little bud running around. I could see his brain just turning when he found out, when will he be able to ride a bike, shoot a gun, pick up dog poo!
i do however have to vent my motherly frustrations for just a moment. I am very very excited to be starting a family but feel a bit like a horrible mother. I have been so busy with Nursing school, work, laundry, commuting that I feel like I haven't had the appropriate time to prepare and be excited to be a mom. I feel like such a bad person. I am sure it will only get worse. i just want our little peanut head to know that he is already very loved, and wanted and that we can't wait to welcome his precious little spirit to our home!
